Resolved, the thing that makes Television’s “Marquee Moon” 1 of the greatest songs ever is the sound of the rhythm guitar playing in exactly the wrong place. It’s too far off the beat to swing and not far enough to be a mistake. It’s absolutely perfect and damned near impossible
